Kaiser Permanente, in Burke Centre, conducted a very successful clothing drive to aid the Professional Clothes Closet run by Burke CARES.  Kaiser Permanente is one of America's largest not-for-profit health maintenance organizations and has been committed to America's Promise since 1997. 

Burke CARES offers the clothes to those in the Burke Centre Community and surrounding areas who are most in need. 

Kaiser Permanente advertised the clothes drive and collected the clothes from the end of July through the middle of August, 2001. Both Kaiser members and employees donated an abundance of clothes. 

Burke CARES is proud and honored to be teamed with Kaiser Permanente and Burke Centre for this project for America's Promise.
